Our solutions
Featuring high speed, high-resolution coding, the SmartDate® X65 Thermal Barcode Printer  (TTO) can be configured to monitor your five most important OEE metrics directly from your home screen. Animated help tutorials provide guidance on setup and daily maintenance procedures to ensure consistent print quality, while minimizing downtime. Its robust direct ribbon drive and cassette design require no maintenance and thus offer cost-effective reliability.
 
Key benefits
The SmartDate X65’s print speed can be set anywhere from 10 mm to 1800 mm per second or for up to 455 printed packs per minute at 300 dpi. The SmartDate® X65 is a combined printer that can offer intermittent or continuous configuration in one system. A unique ‘relative motion’ feature ensures that a code is completed after unplanned line stoppages, ensuring compliance and product traceability. The optional SmartDate® Detect-Plus system checks the presence, position and quality of the code directly on a produced pack, displaying real-time information on the user interface.
